Do you offer gents’ and children’s cuts?

We offer gents’ and children’s cuts. Our children’s appointments are only suitable for children aged 8 – 14 years. 

Am I required to have a patch test for a colour service?

Yes, all new clients must have a patch test at least 48 hours before their colour appointment. We cannot proceed with any colour services without an in-date patch test applied by one of our team.

Do you offer gents and children’s cuts?

We offer gents’ cuts, but we do not currently accept children’s appointments.

Do I need to arrive with clean hair for my colour appointment?

Yes — if your appointment involves colour, we ask that you arrive with clean hair free from build-up so we can see your true tone and apply colour more evenly.

What is considered a restyle cut?

A restyle is for anyone seeking a major transformation — from adding layers or a fringe to changing length or shape entirely. It requires more time and is designed to create a whole new look.

Lovely salon. Had a fantastic consultation with Robyn was very honest about the condition of my hair and what would be best to improve the condition. No pressure to have it all cut off.
