Lovely salon. Had a fantastic consultation with Robyn was very honest about the condition of my hair and what would be best to improve the condition. No pressure to have it all cut off. Hair was coloured and cut as well as having an intense treatment. While experience was very professional and every care was taken to ensure I was happy with my hair before leaving the salon. The stylists and colourists are highly qualified and experienced, in particular Robyn is the queen of blonde and balayage. She has such a beautiful, kind and approachable nature. She is exceptionally skillful and intelligent, she really explains the science and theory behind products, colours & treatments, which always makes me feel like I’m in safe hands. With over 30 years in the industry, Claire founded Pelo in 2004 and has spent over 22 years building it into a salon known for its quality, consistency, and a genuinely personalised approach.

Known for her expertise in precision cutting and creating modern, wearable styles, Claire has developed a reputation for attention to detail and a considered approach to hair.

Claire still works in the salon, seeing clients and sharing her knowledge with the next generation of stylists, mentoring and educating apprentices as they develop their skills.

Alongside this, her focus is on leading the team and continuing to evolve Pelo. Ensuring every client experiences the same high standard of work and welcoming atmosphere the salon has become known for.
