We promise to always be honest about what we can achieve — no false promises here! Our goal is to always under-promise and over-deliver, so you walk away looking and feeling amazing.

Prioritising your hair’s health

Your hair’s health is at the forefront of everything we do. If we feel your desired result could put your hair at risk, we’ll offer alternatives that won’t cause unnecessary damage. Sometimes, this means testing a small section of your hair to see how it reacts to colour or treatment before we go all in. Better safe than sorry, right?

Skin testing for your safety

When it comes to colour services, your safety is top of our priority list. That’s why we require a skin test before we can carry out any colour treatment. The patch test application is easy to carry out and checks for any allergic reactions to the products we use.

Here’s how it works:

You’ll fill out a quick skin test form during your consultation.

We’ll check in with you 24 hours later to confirm you haven’t experienced any reactions.

Skin tests need to be updated every six months, as per the manufacturer’s recommendations.

Without an up-to-date skin test, we can’t proceed with any colour services. It’s not just for your safety, but also a requirement from our insurance provider. Sorry, but we can’t legally perform any chemical services without following these guidelines. We are also unable to provide any chemical services to under 16s.
